Jamaica Margarita

Let's create this super easy and delicious Hibiscus Margarita. Its gorgeous red color and refreshing flavors make it perfect all year long!

  • Moisten the tip of a margarita glass with a wedge of a lime, then dip it in either sugar or salt.
  • Add the tequila, triple sec, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.
  • Add some hibiscus syrup into the cocktail shaker as well. Cover and shake vigorously.
  • Put fresh ice in the margarita glass. On top of the ice, put a piece of hibiscus flower.
  • Pour the margarita into the margarita glass with ice and hibiscus flower, then serve immediately and enjoy.

If making more for friends, you can just multiply the ingredients by 8 (or change the servings needed in the recipe card) and then combine them into a pitcher containing about 2 cups of ice. Stir for a minute or two then pour over salt or sugar-rimmed glasses.
  • To sweeten it, you can adjust the amount of orange liqueur or hibiscus syrup, or add other sweeteners to the drink.
  • You can also use other edible flowers for garnish.
