- 3 ounces rosé wine
- 1 ounce tequila
- 1 ounce Triple Sec
- .5 ounce lime juice
- .5 ounce fresh pink grapefruit juice
- .5 ounce lemon juice
- .5 ounce simple syrup
Add the rose wine, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, fresh grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Cover the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
Add fresh ice to the margarita glass. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass, serve with grapefruit wedges, and enjoy.
- Chill your ingredients before mixing them! This helps give you a more refreshing summer cocktail.
- Because every rosé is different and so is every grapefruit, you may need to use more or less simple syrup to balance the drink. Follow the recipe then taste and adjust.
To make the "MOM" ice cube garnish grab letter ice cube trays or craft molds. Pour grapefruit juice into the M and O letters (make two of the letter M to spell M-O-M) then freeze. It will take several batches (or you can buy several trays as I did).
