This non-alcoholic Seedlip margarita recipe is a light and refreshing mocktail that’s perfect to sip anytime.

Add Seedlip Notas de Agave, simple syrup, and fresh lime juice, to a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake well for several seconds.
Strain the mocktail mixture over a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel on top. Serve and enjoy.

- If you find the mocktail too sweet (like I did), you can dial down the sweetness by adding less simple syrup. Also, if you don’t have simple syrup, you can use agave nectar or honey to sweeten the drink
- If you don’t have the dehydrated version, garnish the drink with fresh lime wheels or wedges. For added aroma, garnish with fresh thyme or basil.
- Add a splash of fruit juice to add another layer of flavor.
